Do you offer same-day delivery?+
Yes — order before our daily cutoff and your gift arrives the same day. Choose your preferred delivery window (morning, afternoon, evening, or our Midnight Surprise slot) at checkout, and we'll take it from there.
Where do your roses come from?+
Both. Our rose bouquets are a mix of imported and locally grown blooms — imported roses for that deeper, longer-stemmed, richer colour when the occasion calls for it, and locally sourced roses for a fresher, more affordable everyday bouquet. Each product page notes which type you're getting.
How long will my flowers stay fresh?+
With a quick trim, clean water changed every couple of days, and a spot out of direct sun, most of our bouquets stay beautiful for 3 to 5 hours . Sturdier arrangements like sunflowers can last even longer.
Can I customize my order?+
Yes — through our Build Your Own builder, you can combine a cake, flowers, jewellery, and decor into one gift, add a personal note, and choose your delivery time, all in one flow.
What if I need to change my delivery address or time?+
Reach out to us as soon as possible before your scheduled delivery window — we'll do everything we can to accommodate the change, though last-minute edits close to Midnight Surprise slots may not always be possible.
Do you deliver outside city limits?+
We currently deliver within our core serviceable areas. If you're unsure whether your address is covered, message us before ordering and we'll confirm.
Can I send a gift without the recipient knowing who it's from?+
Yes — just leave the sender name off your gift note, or tell us in the note field how you'd like it signed.
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?+
Yes — for weddings, events, or office gifting, contact us directly so we can put together a package and pricing that fits.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We require payment in advance to confirm every order — you can pay securely online at checkout using the available payment options. This lets us guarantee your delivery slot and start preparing your gift right away.
